Manhattan Condo Conversion Sales

Condominium conversions have not slowed down, and prices are only going up. A recent conversion at The Plaza is seeing condo prices starting at 2 million for a 1,100 sq. foot one bedroom condo, and that's not overlooking central park. Central park views cost an additional 2.5 million for that same one bedroom condo unit, bring the total to 4.5 million for an apartment with views of central park. The Plaza is undergoing a comlete conversion from hotel to appartment complex, complete with retail and commercial space. There will be no more hotel units after the conversion, and these unit are not condotels. The penthouse apartment at The Plaza is selling for 32.5 million. We're sure high end luxury condo buyers will snap these up, central park views or not!
